Who we are

HuntBoard (huntboard.ai) is an AI job search tool. It builds a search profile from your CV, finds matching job postings on public job boards, and lets you track your applications.

What we collect

Account: your email address, used to sign you in (via a one-time code or Google sign-in). We never see or store passwords.
CV text: the text you paste or upload is processed once by an AI model to extract a search profile (job titles, locations, seniority, skills). The extracted profile is stored with your account. The full CV text itself is not kept after processing.
Activity: your searches, jobs you save or track, and basic usage events (for rate limiting and product analytics).

Where your data goes

OpenAI processes CV text and scores job matches.
Google Programmable Search receives the search query built from your profile (titles and locations, never your CV).
Cloudflare hosts the site, database, and email delivery.

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your information with anyone else.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

Email hello@huntboard.ai from your account address and we will delete your account and all associated data.
